Case Opener
The primary function of a case opener is to unfold the cardboard and shape it into a box, automatically sealing the bottom to prepare it for the next stage in the production line.
How Works
Step 1: Retrieve and Unfold the Carton
The machine starts by retrieving an unopened flat carton, then automatically unfolds and shapes it into a standard box.
Step 2: Automatically Seal the Bottom and Apply Tape
Once the carton is properly formed, the machine automatically closes the bottom flaps and seals it with tape.
Step 3: Case Opening Completed
With the box fully opened and sealed, the case is then transported along the conveyor to the next part of the production line
