It automates the entire process of forming, filling, and sealing the pouch from a roll of film, making it an efficient solution for high-speed packaging

How Works

Film Unrolling

A roll of flexible packaging film (plastic, foil, or laminate) is fed into the machine.

Forming the Pouch

The film is shaped into a pouch, sealing the bottom and sides using heat and pressure.

Filling the Pouch

The product (solid, liquid, or powder) is dispensed into the formed pouch using appropriate fillers (e.g., volumetric, auger, or pump).

Sealing the Pouch

The filled and sealed pouch is cut from the film roll, and the finished product is discharged onto a conveyor or into a bin

Cutting and Discharge

After sealing, the machine cuts the filled pouch from the film roll, and the finished packages are discharged onto a conveyor belt or into a collection bin
